Order Changes 

Please note: Changes can only be made within the same day that the order was placed. Any changes requested outside of that time are subject to a change fee of $15-35 or extended lead time.

K9 Tactical Gear will refund your order if the item is in original & unused condition. 
If you need to exchange same item purchased for a new size or style please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to our website, order the product in correct size or style needed! This will ensure your new item goes into production as soon as possible.  
  2. Ship the first purchase back to us with your order number, email address, and reason for the exchange inside the package. Returns without this information will not be accepted! 
  3. When we receive your product, we will process the refund. If within 30 days, the refund will be in the original form of payment. If past 30 days a store credit will be issued.

Gear in its original condition can be returned for up to 30 days from delivery date. You can receive store credit an additional 30 days there after.

Items are subject to a 5-30% restocking fee if any of the following:

Sized to a different setting in which you received your gear
Missing pieces or elastic bands
Beta or Leather that was made to order
Any damaged or used item being returned


Non Refundable items include: ID Panels, Custom Order, Gift Cards, Herm Sprenger Items, E-Collars

You are responsible for all shipping costs. K9 does not guarantee that we will receive your shipment. We recommend shipping with a tracking number or shipping insurance if  your item is over $75.
