 All of our customizable panels are made from a Cordura known for its durability. The customizations are cut from a vinyl and heat transfer process to be more durable than embroidery that can easily snag on objects. All patches come standard with hook attachment (velcro) sewn to the back.

Once in the Customizable ID Panel app, you will enter into the design phase where you are able to see a preview of your patch in real time. Please be aware that the preview does not represent actual patch length. The length will vary depending on the number of characters and compatible product. The preview is to demonstrate text and material color combinations as well as text font selected. Use extra caution while selecting from the drop down menus. Panel size and compatible product. These selections are critical in ensuring the patch is the correct width and length for your exact collar.

Standard patch length ranges from 4"-6" long. We can accommodate specific length requirements for any requests please email support@k9tacticalgear.com. 

PATTERNS FADE MUCH QUICKER THAN SOLID COLORS.

ALL PATCHES ARE SIZED TO FIT THE NUMBER OF CHARACTERS ON THE PANEL, NOT THE FULL LENGTH OF VELCRO. IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT TO BE FULL LENGTH OR WORN WITH AN ADDITIONAL PANEL PLEASE EMAIL US.

How do I know my Customizable ID Panel will fit my collar?
Our Customizable ID Panel personalization will prompt you for the “Compatible Product” you intend to fit this ID Panel on. Our process will automatically make sure the patch length will not exceed the length of loop attachment on your compatible product.

I have few letters and the preview shows significant blank space to the left and right. Will my patch be made this way?
The live preview is just an approximation of appearance, and your finished patch may appear different. Panel orders with fewer characters automatically get shrunk down to a length that does not stretch or compress the lettering significantly.

Some of my characters appear to bleed off the preview. Will they be cut off on the final product?
No, our program will automatically resize the panel to fit every character in the ID panel.

What is the benefit of heat-pressed and embroidered ID Panels?
Heat pressed panels are easier to clean, harder to snag, and have a wider range of customizability with font and colors than embroidered panels do.

How accurate are the colors on the Customizable ID Panel live preview?
The material and color options depicted in the live preview are as accurate as possible from a webapp. The materials and colors listed even depict the texture and light reflection that various combinations bring.

Could I request a specific length for my ID Panel?
Yes! Please send an email to support@k9tacticalgear.com with your request and order number to have the panel(s) resized. Please note: We will not be able to extend panel length beyond the maximum length allowed by the loop attachment.

My invoice has an item listed as "Item Personalization". Is this an extra charge?
The application we use to customize your product uses a "Item Personalization" line item to charge any additions to the base price. A larger ID panel, longer Biothane leash, or upgraded snap option will always be shown under "Item Personalization",
